Shipping Information
Shipping Ports:
- Loading port: Shanghai / Ningbo, China
- Destination: Major African ports including Lagos (Nigeria), Mombasa (Kenya), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), Tema (Ghana)
Shipping Methods:
- Sea freight (LCL & FCL) β recommended for bulk orders
- Air freight β available for sample orders and urgent shipments
- Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) β for small samples
Delivery Timeframes:

Shipping Documents: We provide full export documentation:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
- Certificate of Origin
- SONCAP / PAAR support (for Nigeria)
Order Processing
- Sample orders: 3-5 business days
- Bulk orders: 15-20 business days
- Custom/OEM orders: 20-30 business days (depending on complexity)
Returns & Refunds
Defective Products: If you receive defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the issue. We will:
- Replace the defective products
- Or issue a refund (at our discretion)
Non-Defective Returns: Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
Claims Process
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt
- Provide order number, product photos, and description of issue
- We will respond within 24-48 hours
- Resolution via replacement or refund
