Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

Shipping Ports:

  • Loading port: Shanghai / Ningbo, China
  • Destination: Major African ports including Lagos (Nigeria), Mombasa (Kenya), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), Tema (Ghana)

Shipping Methods:

  • Sea freight (LCL & FCL) β€” recommended for bulk orders
  • Air freight β€” available for sample orders and urgent shipments
  • Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) β€” for small samples

Delivery Timeframes:

Air freight 5-10 days
Express (samples) 3-7 days

Shipping Documents: We provide full export documentation:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
  • Certificate of Origin
  • SONCAP / PAAR support (for Nigeria)

Order Processing

  • Sample orders: 3-5 business days
  • Bulk orders: 15-20 business days
  • Custom/OEM orders: 20-30 business days (depending on complexity)

Returns & Refunds

Defective Products: If you receive defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the issue. We will:

  • Replace the defective products
  • Or issue a refund (at our discretion)

Non-Defective Returns: Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned products.


Claims Process

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receipt
  2. Provide order number, product photos, and description of issue
  3. We will respond within 24-48 hours
  4. Resolution via replacement or refund
