These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the JH HARDWARE website and the purchase of products from Yiwu Shuihui Import & Export Co., Ltd.
1. General
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are quoted in USD (FOB China, EXW Yiwu, or CIF destination port)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Product images are for reference; actual products may vary slightly
- MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) applies per product model as specified
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon written confirmation from JH HARDWARE
- Payment terms: T/T, L/C, or as agreed in the sales contract
- 30% deposit required for custom/OEM orders
- Full payment required before shipment for stock items
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping terms: FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, EXW Yiwu, or CIF destination port
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- JH HARDWARE is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure
- Risk transfers to buyer upon cargo loading for FOB terms
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed information on returns, refunds, and claims.
6. Warranty
- All products are covered by our standard warranty against manufacturing defects
- Warranty period: as specified in the sales contract
- Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence
7. Limitation of Liability
JH HARDWARE’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- “JH HARDWARE” and “SOLAβ’” are trademarks of Yiwu Shuihui Import & Export Co., Ltd.
- Website content, images, and materials may not be reproduced without permission
